Our great location next to the Diedamskopf cable car is just perfect for skiers and winter sports fans. In addition, 63 km of freshly prepared cross-country ski tracks and 38km of romantic winter walking trails await you. The Winter Card entitles you to numerous advantages and discounts to ensure an exciting and fun-filled holiday.
Winter card
The Winter Card entitles you to numerous attractive discounts in Au-Schoppernau, such as free use of the cross-country circuits, use of the ski bus and scheduled bus services between Au and Schoppernau, entry to various events and guided tours, and much more besides. The Winter Card is included in the room price and is available from the hotel reception!
Skiing
For skiers, Hotel Elisabeth offers one of the best positions in the entire ski region. The Diedamskopf cable car and Au-Schoppernau ski school are a mere 150m walk away. The Warth-Schröcken ski area with ski connections to Lech, and the Mellau-Damüls ski area, are both approx. 15 minutes’ drive away. The local bus stop is directly outside the hotel.
Cross-country skiing
For cross-country skiers, the fabulous Au-Schoppernau cross-country track passes right in front of the hotel. Our guests simply step into their cross-country skis and head off! 50 km of groomed classical tracks and 13 km of skating tracks await.
Winter and snow-shoe walking
An extensive 38 km network of romantic winter walking tracks and panoramic snow-shoe trails offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy and explore the snow-covered winter landscape.
Tobogganing
The Bregenzerwald natural toboggan runs are very popular, and not only with the children! Particularly in the evening, you can see groups of excited tobogganers hurtling down into the valley.
