A hearty breakfast is what we often miss in everyday life.  So why not indulge yourself whilst you are here?! We attach great importance to the use of local produce, sourced mainly from our own farm and others in the vicinity: natural or fruit yoghurt, fresh milk from our own cows; home-made muesli and curd cheese spread; butter from Schoppernau alpine dairy; a selection of speciality sausages and cheeses; eggs from Henriette and her friends and lots of other tasty treats…
